ECOMMERCE GROWTH MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Growth Manager to oversee the daily operations of Groupe Lemur’s ecommerce storefronts, Petit Lem and Miles the Label. This role will drive online sales growth, customer acquisition and retention, paid media performance, and the overall ecommerce experience. The ideal candidate is an organized and strategic leader with strong expertise in Shopify, digital marketing, and data analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Website & Technical Management

Oversee technical aspects of two ecommerce websites, ensuring they are optimized for speed, functionality and user shopping experience
Manage websites updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure both sites are fully operational and aligned with brand standards
Work closely with internal teams and agency to implement new features, tools and enhancements that improve the customer experience and drive on-site conversions.
Assist in web merchandising best practices and implementation
Manage Shopify integration and flow with Momentis for all new launches as well as development changes and updates

Sales & Revenue Growth

Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to grow online sales
Optimization of promotions, testing, set ups and reporting
Impletement new sales revenue oppurtunities in order to grow business across North America

Customer Acquisition & Retention

Plan for customer acquisition initiatives through digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid search and email marketing
Optimize customer retention efforts by enhancing the customer shopping experience and personalized offers
Exploration of loyalty program, referral programs and affiliate programs
Continuous analyzing of customer behavior and market trends to maximize lifetime value and repeat purchases
Work collaboratively with agency for special projects to be tested, implemented and reported on
Work alongside ecommerce team to ensure email journeys are optimized for both brands in Klaviyo (cart abandonment, browse abandonment, new customer welcome series…etc.)

Optimization & Analytics

Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and other relevant ecommerce metrics.
Develop and execute plans to improve site performance, reduce cart abandonment, and maximize overall sales potential.
Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize product pages, checkout flow, and customer engagement strategies.

Vendor and Platform Management

Maintain a strong understanding of the latest ecommerce tools, platforms, and technologies to ensure the websites remain competitive and efficient.

Reporting & Strategy Development

Weekly reporting on website performance, sales results and team project progress to leadership
Monthly SEO and paid media reporting and live suggestions for and change implementation

Leadership

Management of the development and growth of the ecommerce coordinators in order to streamline roles and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

BAC degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field
5+ years of experience in a similar ecommerce or digital commerce role
Proficiency in and strong hands-on experience with Shopify
Experience using ERP systems (Momentis preferred)
Data-driven with strong analytical ad problem-solving skills
Experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies, including SEO, paid media, and email marketing
Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to develop and lead a small team

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est un(e) leader organisé(e) et stratégique possédant une solide expertise des plateformes Shopify, du marketing numérique et de l’analyse de données.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Gestion des sites web et aspects techniques

Superviser les aspects techniques des deux sites ecommerce afin d’assurer leur optimisation en matière de rapidité, de fonctionnalité et d’expérience utilisateur
Gérer les mises à jour des sites, résoudre les problèmes techniques et s’assurer que les deux plateformes sont pleinement fonctionnelles et conformes aux standards des marques
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes et les agences afin d’implanter de nouvelles fonctionnalités, outils et améliorations visant à bonifier l’expérience client et augmenter les conversions sur les sites
Participer à l’implantation des meilleures pratiques de marchandisage web
Gérer les intégrations Shopify et les flux avec Momentis pour tous les nouveaux lancements, développements, changements et mises à jour

Croissance des ventes et revenus

Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies visant à augmenter les ventes en ligne
Optimiser les promotions, les tests, les mises en ligne et les rapports de performance
Mettre en place de nouvelles opportunités de revenus afin de soutenir la croissance de l’entreprise à travers l’Amérique du Nord

Acquisition et fidélisation de la clientèle

Planifier des initiatives d’acquisition de clientèle à l’aide de stratégies de marketing numérique, incluant le SEO, les médias payants et le marketing par courriel
Optimiser les efforts de fidélisation en améliorant l’expérience d’achat et en proposant des offres personnalisées
Explorer les programmes de fidélité, de référencement et d’affiliation
Analyser continuellement les comportements des consommateurs et les tendances du marché afin de maximiser la valeur à vie des clients et les achats répétés
Collaborer avec les agences sur différents projets spéciaux à tester, implanter et analyser
Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe ecommerce afin d’assurer l’optimisation des parcours courriel dans Klaviyo pour les deux marques (abandon de panier, abandon de navigation, série de bienvenue pour nouveaux clients, etc.)

Optimisation et analytique

Effectuer un suivi et une analyse continus des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) liés au trafic, aux taux de conversion, aux taux de rebond et autres métriques ecommerce pertinentes
Développer et exécuter des plans visant à améliorer la performance des sites, réduire les abandons de panier et maximiser le potentiel global des ventes
Utiliser des tests A/B et des données analytiques afin d’optimiser les pages produits, le processus de paiement et les stratégies d’engagement client

Gestion des fournisseurs et plateformes

Maintenir une excellente connaissance des outils, plateformes et technologies ecommerce afin de garantir la compétitivité et l’efficacité des sites web

Rapports et développement stratégique

Produire des rapports hebdomadaires sur la performance des sites, les résultats de ventes et l’avancement des projets de l’équipe pour la direction
Présenter des rapports mensuels SEO et médias payants, incluant des recommandations et l’implantation de changements

Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES

Baccalauréat en marketing, marketing numérique, communications ou domaine connexe
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire en ecommerce ou commerce numérique
Excellente maîtrise et expérience pratique de Shopify
Expérience avec les systèmes ERP (Momentis un atout)
