- Ensure regular monitoring of operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system in order to have real-time status updates of drivers’ actions in the field
- Update various pieces of information in the computer system (TruckMate and Isaac)
- Effectively manage unexpected operational issues
- Communicate smoothly with drivers and clients
- Collaborate with various operational departments
- Perform any other related tasks

- Diploma in Logisitics or Operations or equivalent experience ;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in dispatching LTL freights ;
- Knowledge in Truckmate ;
- Strong organizational skills and multitask ;
- Sense of priority, rigor and teamwork ;
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively ;
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions ;
- Strong logicial skills and making sure the freight are moving constantly ;
- Knowledge of road transport laws and regulations (Bill 430) and all safety and compliance procedures;
- Knowledge of ISAAC (asset) ;
