Mission

We are seeking a Senior Linux Administrator to join a Level 3 Unix/Linux Systems Administration team. Responsibilities

Provide advanced administration and support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
Improve tools and processes related to Linux server installation, configuration, and management.
Support development teams in defining and evolving technical architectures while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
Manage incidents, problem resolution, and platform enhancements.
Participate in production support activities and incident analysis.

Automation And Development

Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation processes.
Gather functional requirements from infrastructure teams.
Translate business and technical requirements into technical specifications.
Develop APIs and automation tools using Python.
Collaborate with server, storage, and backup teams to expand automation capabilities.

Identity And Access Management

Maintain and enhance solutions used to manage users, groups, and privileged access (sudoers).
Collect and analyze local account data from Linux and Windows servers.
Continuously improve the data collection infrastructure, including architecture, security, documentation, and functional scope expansion.
Investigate and resolve data collection incidents.

Linux Lifecycle Management

Manage the Linux operating system lifecycle.
Perform regular patching and updates of operating system templates across VMware virtualized and bare-metal environments.
Ensure operational stability and security compliance.
Monitor technology obsolescence and recommend improvements.
Maintain related technical documentation.

Required Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong expertise in Linux system administration.

Assurer l’administration avancée des environnements Linux Red Hat Enterprise.
Améliorer les outils et processus liés à l’installation, à la configuration et à la gestion des serveurs Linux.

Concevoir, développer et maintenir des processus d’automatisation.

Développer des API et des outils d’automatisation en Python.
Collaborer avec les équipes serveurs, stockage et sauvegarde afin de renforcer les capacités d’automatisation.

Gestion Des Accès Et Des Identités

Participer à la maintenance et à l’évolution de solutions de gestion des utilisateurs, des groupes et des privilèges (sudoers).
Collecter et analyser les données provenant des comptes locaux sur des serveurs Linux et Windows.
Assurer l’amélioration continue de l’infrastructure de collecte de données, notamment au niveau de l’architecture, de la sécurité, de la documentation et de l’extension du périmètre fonctionnel.
Investiguer et résoudre les incidents liés à la collecte de données.

Gestion du cycle de vie des systèmes Linux :

Gérer le cycle de vie des systèmes d’exploitation Linux.
Réaliser les opérations régulières de mise à jour et de correction des modèles de systèmes dans des environnements virtualisés VMware ou physiques (bare metal).
Maintenir les conditions opérationnelles et de sécurité des plateformes.
Assurer une veille technologique sur les enjeux d’obsolescence.
Maintenir à jour la documentation technique associée.

Profil Recherché

Diplôme universitaire en informatique, génie logiciel ou expérience équivalente.
Solide expertise en administration de systèmes Linux.
Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexes.

Expérience en automatisation et en développement de scripts.
