The SAP Pricing Analyst configures, maintains, and supports the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module to optimize order-to-cash (OTC) business processes, as well as the complementary positioning strategy, put forward by the merchandising and marketing teams. He/she performs master data governance related to the pricing, thus ensuring the accuracy of the data and conditions in place. The analyst uses this knowledge with SAP and business rules to contribute to the optimization of pricing conditions and business processes.

ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain pricing rules in SAP according to pricing strategy guidelines;

· Execute and maintain price change requests;

· Ensure price change requests are in line with profit margin strategies;

· Ensure governance of pricing conditions and material data to maintain accuracy;

· Optimize data management by providing insights to design and improve data related business processes;

· Monitor performance and accuracy of business processes by helping to identify deviations in business rules;

· Investigate process incidents, including investigation, defect resolution and business follow-up;

· Collaborate with other team members and the broader user community;

· Ensure the analysis, processing, conversion and cleaning of relevant data;

· Ensure the stabilization and optimization of the SAP Pricing module by contributing to the documentation, testing, implementation, training and support of the price positioning processes;

· Any other related tasks.

SUCCESS FACTORS

· Demonstrate a high sense of autonomy, prioritization and attention to detail while maintaining close communication with colleagues and manager;

· Technical background: Your A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, finance, or a related field;

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, including exposure to SAP S/4HANA;

· SAP expertise: Your mastery and experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Master modules will help you make process improvements. Professional SAP certifications are a strong plus;

· Proficient with Excel, Office Suite tools and VBA (Macro);

· Strong understanding of integration points with MM, WM/LE, and Finance modules, plus tools like EDI or ticketing systems;

· Analytical skills: You have a facility to conceive and analyze complex situations and come up with simple customer service-oriented solutions to bridge the gap between business teams and technical IT units;

· Business partner: Excellent communication and client-facing skills to lead workshops and gather requirements from business stakeholders;

· Thoroughness, autonomy and attention to detail: You have a concern for work well done and pay attention to the fine details in a context of high autonomy;=

· Dynamic work environment: You are comfortable and resilient in a fast-paced, regularly changing work environment;

· Bilingualism: You are bilingual and fluent in both French and English;

· Knowledge of Winshuttle is a plus;

· Knowledge of SQL coding is a plus.

Il/elle assure également la gouvernance des données maîtres liées à la tarification, veillant ainsi à l’exactitude des données et des conditions en place. L’analyste met à profit ses connaissances de SAP et des règles d’affaires afin de contribuer à l’optimisation des conditions de tarification et des processus d’affaires.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Maintenir les règles de tarification dans SAP conformément aux lignes directrices de la stratégie de prix;
Exécuter et maintenir les demandes de modification de prix;
S’assurer que les demandes de modification de prix sont conformes aux stratégies de marge bénéficiaire;
Assurer la gouvernance des conditions de tarification et des données relatives aux articles afin d’en maintenir l’exactitude;
Optimiser la gestion des données en fournissant des recommandations visant à concevoir et améliorer les processus d’affaires liés aux données;
Surveiller la performance et l’exactitude des processus d’affaires en contribuant à l’identification des écarts par rapport aux règles d’affaires établies;
Analyser les incidents liés aux processus, notamment en assurant leur investigation, la résolution des anomalies et le suivi auprès des équipes d’affaires;
Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe ainsi qu’avec l’ensemble de la communauté des utilisateurs;
Assurer l’analyse, le traitement, la conversion et le nettoyage des données pertinentes;
Contribuer à la stabilisation et à l’optimisation du module SAP Pricing, notamment par la documentation, les tests, l’implantation, la formation et le soutien des processus de positionnement des prix;
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.

FACTEURS DE RÉUSSITE

Faire preuve d’une grande autonomie, d’un excellent sens des priorités et d’une grande attention aux détails, tout en maintenant une communication étroite avec les collègues et le gestionnaire;
Formation : détenir un baccalauréat en informatique, en administration des affaires, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe;
Expérience : posséder 3 ans ou plus d’expérience pratique en configuration SAP SD, ainsi qu’en processus « order-to-cash » (O2C) et « procure-to-pay » (P2P), incluant une expérience avec SAP S/4HANA;
Expertise SAP : posséder une solide maîtrise et une expérience concrète de SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) et du module Material Master afin de contribuer à l’amélioration des processus. Une certification professionnelle SAP constitue un atout important;
Maîtriser Excel, la suite Microsoft Office ainsi que VBA (macros);
Posséder une bonne compréhension des points d’intégration avec les modules MM, WM/LE et Finance, ainsi qu’avec des outils tels que l’EDI ou les systèmes de gestion des billets (ticketing);
Capacités analytiques : être capable de comprendre et d’analyser des situations complexes et de proposer des solutions simples, axées sur le service à la clientèle, afin de faire le lien entre les équipes d’affaires et les équipes techniques TI;
Partenaire d’affaires : posséder d’excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations avec les clients afin d’animer des ateliers et de recueillir les besoins auprès des parties prenantes;
Rigueur, autonomie et souci du détail : avoir le souci du travail bien fait et porter une attention particulière aux détails dans un contexte où l’autonomie est importante;
