The Project Manager, IT is the leader in planning, organizing and implementing strategic initiatives related to information technology within the organization. He / she collaborates with the various stakeholders to ensure the progress of IT projects and carries out regular follow-ups to ensure the availability of resources and the achievement of objectives. The Project Manager, IT has a global vision, which enables him / her to coordinate activities and meetings, and identify risks and issues in a proactive manner.

Responsibilities

· Analyze and identify the needs of various stakeholders and manage their expectations;

· Ensure the planning and the overall management of IT projects, from the start-up process to the end of the project;

· Manage budget, risks, resources and project timelines;

· Set up solutions to manage the issues and problematic situations;

· Plan and coordinate the work of all stakeholders;

· Follow up on the progress of the projects with the various stakeholders and keep the available information up-to-date;

· Plan and conduct coordination and training meetings with the professionals involved in the project;

· Support, mobilize and guide stakeholders in fulfilling their respective responsibilities;

· Ensure the quality of the deliverables and the achievement of objectives while respecting project timelines;

· Plan the integration and implementation of projects in a corporate environment;

· Participate in the development and improvement of processes;

· Ensure optimal management of risks, change and key success factors;

· Ensure the presence of reliable project performance indicators (quality, content, timelines, budget adherence and benefits) and evaluate the project’s various progress stages as well as when integration is completed.

Success Factors

· Management background: Your university studies in computer science or engineering combined with your 5 to 8 years experience as a project manager in information technologies make you a project specialist when it comes to continuous improvement of technologies business within companies;

· Global vision: You know how to take a step back in order to have a global vision of a situation. Your conceptual thinking allows you to make clear diagnoses and guide the action plan towards the desired situation / scenario;

· Organization: You are a leader in the management of priorities, stress and various resources (financial, material, human, etc.), despite fixed and tight timelines. Le ou la Chef de projet, TI est responsable de la planification, de l’organisation et de la mise en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques liées aux technologies de l’information au sein de l’organisation. Il ou elle collabore avec les différentes parties prenantes afin d’assurer l’avancement des projets TI et effectue des suivis réguliers pour veiller à la disponibilité des ressources et à l’atteinte des objectifs. Le ou la Chef de projet, TI possède une vision globale lui permettant de coordonner les activités et les réunions, ainsi que d’identifier de manière proactive les risques et les enjeux.

Responsabilités

Analyser et identifier les besoins des différentes parties prenantes et assurer la gestion de leurs attentes;
Assurer la planification et la gestion globale des projets TI, de leur démarrage jusqu’à leur réalisation;
Gérer les budgets, les risques, les ressources et les échéanciers des projets;
Mettre en place des solutions afin de gérer les enjeux et les situations problématiques;
Planifier et coordonner le travail de l’ensemble des parties prenantes;
Effectuer le suivi de l’avancement des projets auprès des différentes parties prenantes et maintenir les informations disponibles à jour;
Planifier et animer les rencontres de coordination et de formation avec les professionnels impliqués dans les projets;
Soutenir, mobiliser et guider les parties prenantes dans l’accomplissement de leurs responsabilités respectives;
Assurer la qualité des livrables et l’atteinte des objectifs, tout en respectant les échéanciers des projets;
Planifier l’intégration et la mise en œuvre des projets dans l’environnement corporatif;
Participer au développement et à l’amélioration des processus;
Assurer une gestion optimale des risques, du changement et des facteurs clés de succès;

Facteurs de succès

Expérience en gestion de projets : Votre formation universitaire en informatique ou en ingénierie, combinée à vos 5 à 8 années d’expérience en gestion de projets dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, font de vous un spécialiste de la gestion et de l’amélioration continue des technologies d’affaires au sein des organisations;
Vision globale : Vous savez prendre du recul afin d’avoir une vision d’ensemble d’une situation. Votre capacité de réflexion conceptuelle vous permet d’établir des diagnostics clairs et d’orienter le plan d’action vers la situation ou le scénario souhaité;
Organisation : Vous êtes un leader dans la gestion des priorités, du stress et des différentes ressources (financières, matérielles, humaines, etc.), malgré des échéanciers serrés et contraignants. Votre rigueur et votre suivi constant vous permettent de livrer l’ensemble des livrables dans les délais prévus, tout en respectant les objectifs de qualité établis;
Esprit analytique : Vous trouvez des solutions à chaque problème! Vous savez identifier et analyser les menaces et les enjeux potentiels, tout en repérant les occasions et les forces à mettre à profit afin d’atteindre les objectifs souhaités;
