Original job description

Account Executive, Entry-Level (Montreal, Hybrid)

Grow Surely · Full-time · $45K base + uncapped commission · OTE $105K+

No experience required. We hire for hunger, not résumés.

Grow Surely runs done-for-you lead generation for B2B companies across North America. We’re scaling fast and building our sales team.

What you’ll do:

Work 15+ inbound leads a day that our own campaigns generate
Cold call, follow up and book meetings
Run discovery calls and close deals yourself, full cycle
Send personalized Loom videos to prospects
Keep our CRM clean

You’re a fit if:

You’re competitive and hearing no doesn’t slow you down
You’d rather be paid on results than on hours
You can hold a conversation with a CEO without blinking
You’re a student, a new grad, or switching careers, and you want a real start in tech sales
You speak fluent English (our clients are in the US).

What you get:

A proven sales process. You don’t start from zero.
Daily coaching from the founder
Uncapped commission with an accelerator above quota
Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office for the first 3 months, then flexible
A fast track to senior AE as the team grows
