Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that balance risk, return, and long-term growth
Represent GrowCap at international industry events (e.g., GDC, PocketGamer) and build a strong network of potential partners

Growth operations

Improve revenue operations across the business, including outreach, partnershi development, and identifying high-value opportunities to drive deal flow
Run experiments to improve onboarding and increase partner success

Proven ability to build pipeline, run outbound, handle objections and close deals end-to-end
