Are you passionate about orchestrating seamless service experiences and ensuring customers receive world-class support for critical water technology solutions? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Service Coordinator, you will be coordinating end-to-end service activities that keep our customers' pump and water technology systems running at peak performance, from scheduling and dispatching field technicians to managing service orders and ensuring timely resolution of customer needs. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Commercial Service Operations team, you'll create impact by driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence by ensuring every service interaction is efficiently coordinated, accurately documented, and delivered on time.

Your main responsibilities include:

Coordinate and schedule service activities including installations, maintenance, and repairs for field service technicians
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing service requests from intake through completion
Process and track service orders, purchase orders, and work orders in ERP systems to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing
Collaborate with sales, technical support, and field teams to prioritize urgent service needs and optimize technician utilization
Maintain detailed service records, generate reports on key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Support quoting and proposal preparation for service contracts and ad-hoc repair work

What Makes You a Great Fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented coordinator with strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment. We would also imagine that you have:

2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service operations
Proficiency with ERP or service management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail

It is a plus if you also:

Experience in the pump, HVAC, or industrial equipment service industry
Familiarity with service contract management and warranty processes
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Why you will love working here

A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programs to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
