As a GuestTek software developer you will dive into a role that lets your creativity and technical experience craft quality and innovative, best-in-class software products as well as design and build the next generation of hospitality applications used worldwide.
About Us
GuestTek specializes in providing Internet, Media, and Voice solutions for the Hospitality industry, seamlessly connecting Guests to the resources they require to complete their day-to-day business needs. Whether its provisioning basic Internet access for a Guest or handling an entire host of Conference attendees, GuestTek will have you covered.
GuestTek is building a development team to expand our innovative AI Security product for the hospitality market. GuestTek is looking for strong and motivated team members of senior, intermediate, and junior developer levels, along with a QA analyst, to develop and grow our AI security platform.
Candidates should have experience with AI development tools, LLM Implementation, testing, and automation, with a focus on helping us bring this exciting new product to market quickly.

You Role as an Senior Software Developer
- Develop and maintain software applications.
- Design scalable technical solutions.
- Review code and enforce standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Actively pursue professional development and acquire new skills.
Qualifications
Education / Training:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
Skills & Experience:
- Basics: Java, RESTful, JSON, SQL data stores, MQTT, data modeling and efficient SQL
- Environment: Proficient with JIRA, Git and CI/CD management systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of API integration, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI model evaluation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and automation design skills.
Nice to have:
- Proficient in Linux environments.
- Experience with distributed application design and integration.

Requirements
