Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey.

Lead functional and integration workstreams on customer engagements, taking full ownership for design, delivery, and quality.

Mentor and coach junior consultants on Guidewire methodology, best practices, and technical delivery.

Design and estimate solutions for medium-complexity product gaps and enhancements, consulting with business and technical stakeholders to produce design documentation.

Proven experience mentoring and assisting teammates, and contributing meaningfully to requirement and functional design documentation.

Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences, including project leadership stakeholders.

Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software.

Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency.

Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Nice to have: Guidewire Ace certification, and experience leading a functional/integration area or contributing to Inception-phase design activities on an implementation project.
