Original job description

Looking for a new direction in your career - without quitting your current job?

Train with a mentor, get your LLQP licence, and start part-time while you keep your current job. No finance degree needed.

Harbajan Singh, Licensed Financial Advisor & Mentor - Winnipeg, serving AB, ON, SK, NS & MB - is building his team and mentoring a small number of new advisors through the licensing process.

What this opportunity looks like:

One-on-one mentorship from a licensed financial advisor while you study for and pass your LLQP (Life Licence Qualification Program) exam

Not sure how to study? Harbajan personally helps you obtain your licence - step by step: choosing the right course, planning your study, understanding the material, and preparing for the exam, with study material and classes to support you, right through to your provincial licence application

Start part-time and build your practice around your current job and family life

Learn how to help Canadian families with life insurance, TFSA, RRSP, RESP, FHSA and family protection planning

Ongoing training and support as you begin meeting clients

Who this is for:

You live in Manitoba, Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, or Nova Scotia

You are 18 or older and legally able to work in Canada

You enjoy helping people and want a long-term career in financial services

No finance degree or industry experience needed - training and mentoring are provided

LLQP licence: already licensed, not yet licensed, or ready to obtain - all are welcome to apply

Please read this carefully - honest terms:

This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity, not a salaried employee position. There is no base salary and no guaranteed income - what you earn depends on the clients you serve. Licensing exam and course fees are your own cost. We will never promise or guarantee earnings; what we offer is real training, personal mentorship, and a proven path into the industry.

About Harbajan Singh Financial:

Harbajan Singh is a Licensed Financial Advisor & Mentor based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, helping families across Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, and Manitoba with insurance and investment planning.

How to apply:

Apply here on LinkedIn, and Harbajan will contact shortlisted applicants within 1–2 business days for a short introductory call.
