This business unit is composed of multiple products, each with its own customers, technologies, and operational realities. The AI Solutions Architect will act as a bridge between corporate AI strategy and product-level execution. This person will work directly with product leaders, R&D teams, support teams, and technical stakeholders to identify, design, and help implement practical AI solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge, business analysis skills, solution architecture experience, and the ability to guide teams through AI adoption in a structured and secure way.

What You Will Do

AI Strategy and Product Integration

Work with product teams to identify practical AI opportunities that can improve products, operations, customer support, R&D efficiency, onboarding, documentation, reporting, and internal workflows.
Help each product team evaluate where AI can create measurable business value.
Translate business problems into AI-enabled solution concepts.
Support the creation of AI roadmaps adapted to each product's maturity level, tech stack, and customer needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to product leaders and R&D teams on AI adoption.

Solution Architecture

Design AI solution architectures that can integrate with existing products, databases, APIs, documentation systems, support platforms, and internal tools.
Recommend appropriate AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, automation tools, and workflow automation.
Define integration patterns for secure and scalable AI implementations.
Help evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for AI solutions.
Ensure proposed solutions are technically realistic, maintainable, and aligned with Harris standards.

Governance, Security, and Standards

Promote responsible AI usage across all products within the business unit.
Work with legal, security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure AI solutions respect data privacy, customer agreements, intellectual property, and internal AI policies.
Help define and enforce standards for prompt engineering, data exposure, model usage, logging, monitoring, and human review.
Support risk assessments for AI projects, especially when sensitive customer or business data is involved.
Help prevent duplicate AI initiatives by promoting reusable components and shared best practices across products.

Enablement and Adoption

Support local AI Champions within each product team.
Provide guidance, workshops, and documentation to help teams understand AI capabilities and limitations.
Help R&D teams adopt AI tools safely in their development lifecycle.
Assist support, product, and implementation teams in using AI to improve productivity and customer outcomes.

Project Support and Execution

Participate in AI proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.
Help define project scope, success criteria, risks, timelines, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and business analysts during implementation.
Review AI project designs and provide recommendations before deployment.
Track progress and help ensure AI initiatives move from concept to production.

What Are We Looking For

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, AI Architect, Software Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, especially large language models, Claude code, Github Copilot, AWS, vector databases, AI agents, and automation workflows.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, GitHub, and DevOps pipelines.
Experience integrating software systems using APIs, databases, cloud services, and middleware.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, security, data privacy, and enterprise integration patterns.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Stratégie d’IA et intégration aux produits

Collaborer avec les équipes de produits afin d’identifier des possibilités concrètes d’utilisation de l’IA permettant d’améliorer les produits, les opérations, le soutien à la clientèle, l’efficacité de la R-D, l’intégration des clients, la documentation, la production de rapports et les processus de travail internes.
Aider chaque équipe de produits à déterminer les domaines où l’IA peut générer une valeur d’affaires mesurable.
Traduire les enjeux d’affaires en concepts de solutions fondées sur l’IA.
Soutenir l’élaboration de feuilles de route en matière d’IA adaptées au niveau de maturité, à l’environnement technologique et aux besoins des clients de chaque produit.
Agir à titre de conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès des responsables de produits et des équipes de R-D en matière d’adoption de l’IA.

Architecture de solutions

Concevoir des architectures de solutions d’IA pouvant s’intégrer aux produits, bases de données, API, systèmes de documentation, plateformes de soutien et outils internes existants.
Recommander les technologies d’IA appropriées, notamment les grands modèles de langage (LLM), les agents d’IA, les outils d’automatisation et les solutions d’automatisation des flux de travail.
Définir des modèles d’intégration permettant des mises en œuvre d’IA sécuritaires et évolutives.
Contribuer à l’évaluation des décisions visant à développer une solution à l’interne ou à acquérir une solution existante (« build vs buy »).
Veiller à ce que les solutions proposées soient techniquement réalisables, faciles à maintenir et conformes aux normes de Harris.

Gouvernance, sécurité et normes

Promouvoir une utilisation responsable de l’IA dans l’ensemble des produits de l’unité d’affaires.
Collaborer avec les équipes juridiques, de sécurité, de conformité et des technologies de l’information afin de s’assurer que les solutions d’IA respectent les exigences en matière de protection des données, les ententes avec les clients, la propriété intellectuelle et les politiques internes relatives à l’IA.
Contribuer à définir et à faire respecter les normes relatives à l’ingénierie des requêtes (« prompt engineering »), à l’exposition des données, à l’utilisation des modèles, à la journalisation, à la surveillance et à la validation humaine.
Soutenir les évaluations des risques liés aux projets d’IA, particulièrement lorsque des données sensibles de clients ou de l’entreprise sont concernées.

Accompagnement et adoption

Soutenir les champions de l’IA au sein de chaque équipe de produits.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Expérience démontrée à titre d’Architecte de solutions, d’Architecte en IA, d’Architecte logiciel, de responsable technique (« Technical Lead ») ou dans un rôle similaire.
Solide compréhension des technologies d’intelligence artificielle, particulièrement des grands modèles de langage (LLM), de Claude Code, de GitHub Copilot, d’AWS, des bases de données vectorielles, des agents d’IA et des flux de travail automatisés.
Expérience avec Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, GitHub et les pipelines DevOps.
Expérience en intégration de systèmes logiciels à l’aide d’API, de bases de données, de services infonuagiques et de logiciels intermédiaires (« middleware »).
