Report with rigour. Provide monthly business updates to senior executives and detailed quarterly briefings on results and plans.
Collaborate across Harris. Share best practices with other business units, contribute to the Harris community and take part in portfolio and acquisition integration when relevant.

What we are looking for

10+ years in progressive senior leadership roles, including full P&L responsibility for a business unit or division in software, SaaS, payments or retail technology.
Strong knowledge of the payment industry, point-of-sale and related solutions.
Proven results in growing revenue and profitability, with a strong command of financial metrics and recurring-revenue models, and diligence in how financial resources are spent.
Experience managing a multi-functional organization with staff in multiple geographies.
Strong leadership: able to inspire, mentor and hold leaders accountable; passionate about success and committed to leading by example.
Excellent oral and written communication and decision-making skills.
Strategic and operational balance: comfortable setting direction and getting into the details when needed.
Bilingual in French and English.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field (MBA an asset).
