- Drive the selection, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of business systems and technology solutions to enhance efficiency, automation, and organizational performance.
- Lead technology due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition technology initiatives, ensuring successful alignment of systems, applications, vendors, and processes.
- Direct cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology risk management programs, ensuring appropriate controls, compliance, incident response, and organizational resilience.
- Develop and manage technology budgets, procurement activities, vendor contracts, and technology assets, ensuring cost-effective investments that support operational and strategic objectives.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Minimum of seven years of progressive information technology experience, including at least three years in a technology leadership capacity with responsibility for strategic planning, service delivery, and business alignment.
- Demonstrated experience managing external technology partners, managed service providers, cybersecurity vendors, and complex vendor relationships, including contracts, service levels, budgeting, and renewals.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, Microsoft 365 environments, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS applications, and technology governance, risk, and business continuity practices.
- Proven success leading technology projects, system implementations, application integrations, and technology transformation initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and business performance.
- Experience managing technology budgets, investments, procurement activities, and cost optimization initiatives while ensuring service quality, security, and value delivery.
