Develop change narratives, key messages, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, leader toolkits, presentations, FAQs, talking points, intranet content, email communications, and other materials that support awareness and adoption.
Establish success measures and gather qualitative and quantitative feedback to assess communications effectiveness, stakeholder readiness, adoption, and areas requiring additional support.

Demonstrated experience developing and executing communications and change management strategies for complex organizational, operational, cultural, process, or technology changes, preferably in professional services, engineering, infrastructure, energy, mining, technology, or another project-based environment.
Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation development skills, with the ability to make complex information clear, relevant, and actionable.
Strong knowledge of change management principles, including sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, readiness, resistance management, adoption, and reinforcement.
Strong facilitation and consultation skills, with experience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, focus groups, or employee engagement sessions.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs involving multiple stakeholder groups, geographies, workstreams, and implementation phases.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and timelines.
Experience working with Microsoft 365 communications and collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Viva Engage, is considered an asset.
