Job Title: AI Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON Canada(Hybrid)
Duration: Contract
Rate: CAD$80-90/hr INC
Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong Python development experience and hands-on expertise in building and deploying Generative AI solutions.
Key Skills:
- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI applications
- Experience building agentic AI workflows and tool-calling solutions
- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Experience with GCP, preferably Vertex AI, Gemini, and BigQuery
- Experience deploying and supporting AI solutions in production

Responsibilities
Build and deploy generative AI solutions, including applications using large language models, agentic workflows, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines. Deploy and support AI solutions in production using Google Cloud Platform services.
Requirements
Requires strong Python development experience and hands-on expertise with large language models and generative AI applications. Candidates should understand agentic workflows, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation, and have experience with Google Cloud Platform - preferably Vertex AI, Gemini, and BigQuery - as well as production deployment and support.
