My client is seeking a bi-lingual Recruiter to join their growing team in Montreal. This is a highly visible role that combines recruitment coordination, stakeholder management, workforce administration, and operational excellence to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Working closely with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment delivery, workforce programs, and day-to-day operational activities while acting as a trusted partner to the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Client & Stakeholder Partnership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide regular onsite support to stakeholders in the Montreal market.
- Act as a primary point of contact for recruitment coordination, workforce administration, and issue resolution.
- Share market insights and hiring intelligence to support workforce planning.
- Partner with hiring managers to drive engagement and adoption of recruitment programs.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and operational reporting.
Recruitment & Workforce Management
- Coordinate requisition intake, job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, and workforce administration.
- Manage employee transfers, referrals, workforce movements, and assignment changes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities while ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Monitor end dates, contract extensions, timesheets, and invoicing activities to ensure service excellence.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all recruitment and workforce activities align with established policies, client requirements, and service standards.
- Maintain accurate data across recruitment and workforce management systems.
- Produce workforce reports and operational insights.
- Support audits, reporting requests, and compliance reviews.
What You'll Bring
- Experience within recruitment, workforce management and contingent workforce environments.
- Bi-lingual in English and French
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management technologies.
