The Opportunity
Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) to join their Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis.
This position will support a busy recruitment function responsible for hiring corporate and legal support professionals across the organization. The successful candidate will conduct bilingual candidate interviews, coordinate recruitment processes, manage candidate communications, and partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience.
This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with candidates daily, and has experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual interviews and candidate assessments in both English and French.
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialists throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.
- Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously (10-12+ open positions).
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within iCIMS.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Support recruitment efforts for positions including:
- Legal Assistants
- Legal Administrative Assistants
- Document Specialists
- Billing / E-Billing Specialists
- Corporate and professional services support roles
- Track recruitment pipeline activity and hiring metrics.
- Meet weekly recruitment and interview targets.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or corporate recruiting experience.
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Strong experience conducting virtual interviews and candidate assessments.
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within a professional services organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally iCIMS.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruitment experience within a law firm or legal environment.
- Experience hiring Legal Assistants, Law Clerks, Billing Specialists, or similar support professionals.
- Exposure to recruitment reporting and KPI tracking.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
