Hays is partnering with a leading global financial services organization to recruit multiple professionals into its Client & Product Transformation team in Halifax.

These opportunities sit within a team focused on improving how services are delivered through transformation, technology, process optimization and operational improvement.

Your New Role

There are currently opportunities across four levels:

• Assistant Vice President: $98,000 – $128,000 | 6–8 years’ experience
• Vice President: $107,000 – $143,000 | 8–10 years’ experience
• Senior Vice President: $125,000 – $171,000 | 10+ years’ experience
• Executive Vice President: $176,000 – $244,000 | 12+ years’ experience

Depending on your experience and seniority, you will lead or support transformation initiatives across Investor Relations, Transfer Agency, AML and KYC.

You will work with clients and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, technology implementation and process improvement, while providing subject matter expertise within Investor Relations and/or AML/KYC.

At the more senior levels, responsibilities will also include leading strategic client engagements, managing service delivery and governance, identifying risks, and mentoring and developing team members.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 6+ years’ experience within Investor Relations, Transfer Agency, AML/KYC or Compliance
• Experience delivering transformation, process improvement or operational change initiatives
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• A track record of improving established processes and implementing technology-enabled solutions
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management experience for the more senior positions
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements where relevant to your area of specialization
• A professional qualification, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
