A growing real estate owner, manager, and developer specializing in residential and commercial urban properties is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join its operations team. This is a full-time opportunity with a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization that is experiencing continued growth and is looking for a motivated professional to support its property portfolio.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage tenant relationships and ensure high levels of service
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor work orders
- Oversee building operations, life safety, and health & safety programs
- Work closely with tenants, contractors, and service providers
- Manage inspections, audits, and compliance matters
- Monitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
