Our client is the owner and manager of a prestigious Class AAA office building located in downtown Montreal. This flagship asset is home to leading corporate tenants and is distinguished by its strategic location, world-class work environment, and commitment to operational excellence.

As part of its continued growth, our client is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee overall building performance, system reliability, and occupant experience within this high-profile property.

Your New Role

You will be responsible for the full management of the property's day-to-day operations, including technical services, maintenance, security, regulatory compliance, and asset improvement projects. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of performance and service expected within a Class A office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all operational activities of a commercial real estate asset.
Oversee maintenance programs, building systems, and overall facility performance.
Manage contractors, service providers, and operating budgets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and risk management policies.
Support capital projects, tenant improvement initiatives, and operational enhancements.

Votre nouveau rôle

Vous serez responsable de la gestion complète des opérations quotidiennes de l'immeuble, incluant les services techniques, l'entretien, la sécurité, la conformité réglementaire et les projets d'amélioration de l'actif. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien des standards élevés de performance et de service attendus dans un environnement de bureaux de classe A.

Assurer la direction de l’ensemble des activités d’exploitation d’un actif immobilier commercial.
Superviser les programmes d’entretien, les systèmes techniques du bâtiment et la performance globale des installations.
Gérer les entrepreneurs, les fournisseurs de services ainsi que les budgets d’exploitation.
Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires ainsi que des normes en matière de santé, sécurité et gestion des risques.
Participer à la réalisation de projets d’immobilisations, d’améliorations locatives et d’initiatives opérationnelles.
Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les locataires ainsi qu’avec les intervenants internes.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et identifier les opportunités d’amélioration continue.
Participer à la gestion des situations d’urgence et aux plans de continuité des activités, au besoin.

Expérience significative en gestion des opérations immobilières commerciales, des installations ou des services techniques d’immeubles.
Expérience démontrée en gestion d’équipes et de fournisseurs externes.
Excellente compréhension des systèmes mécaniques, électriques et des infrastructures de bâtiments.
Expérience en gestion de budgets, de contrats et de projets opérationnels.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en résolution de problèmes.
Orientation marquée vers le service à la clientèle et l’excellence opérationnelle.
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
