Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle ERP Director with a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations, particularly within Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end ERP transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of finance-related ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale ERP implementation and transformation programs.
Drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
Oversee ERP Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, and Financial Reporting.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
Establish project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication frameworks.
Support change management, user adoption, training, and process optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial controls, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading ERP implementation programs with a strong focus on Finance modules.
Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of Finance business processes and ERP best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
