Your New Role
As a Electrical Engineer, you will lead and support the design and delivery of electrical systems for a variety of building projects, including commercial, institutional, and residential developments. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems, while coordinating closely with mechanical, architectural, and structural teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
You’ll also conduct site inspections, mentor junior engineers, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Experience:
- 6+ years in building systems design within the consulting engineering industry
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, CSA standards, and other applicable regulations
- Experience with power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively across disciplines

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities
