Job: Fleet Supervisor / Driver Manager – Bilingual
Dispatch / last mile and long-haul LTL - Quebec & Maritimes
Location: Lachine - Montreal, QC area
Base Salary: 75K- 82K, bonus , Benefits
Full Time Permanent
5 days a week on Site
Day Shift Monday – Friday 9am -5pm ( with some flexibility required)
Bilingual English French (MUST )
Our client is a global well-established logistics & supply chain distribution organisation and have a job open for Fleet Supervisor / Driver Manager to oversee transportation, fleet and drivers in Quebec & Maritimes in a unionized environment. Strong knowledge of geography and postal codes for the Quebec Maritime region is a MUST. The role is based in Lachine,QC will require 5 days on site. This is a day shift but will require ability to be on call, during off duty hours. Bilingual English French is a MUST
Fleet Supervisor / Driver Manager will manage daily productivity, scheduling of drivers, dispatch to ensure timely outbound dispatch to ensue all trucks / cubical vans are loaded, routes optimized to manage shift transportation budgets and productivity to reduce empty miles. You will be responsible for H&S of drivers, and any TDG involved and attend to customer issues for late deliveries. You will oversee truck and fleet maintenance, ensure asset health and work with maintenance for all preventive measures.

Oversee transportation operations, fleet assets, and unionized drivers across Quebec and the Maritimes, including scheduling, dispatch, truck loading, and route optimization. Requirements
Applicants must be bilingual in English and French and have strong knowledge of Quebec and Maritime geography and postal codes. The role calls for experience managing transportation and unionized drivers, on-site availability in Lachine five days per week, and flexibility to be on call outside regular hours.
