Original job description

This is a standout HR opportunity. You’ll work at the forefront of some of Canada’s most exciting projects, while helping shape a high-impact HR Business Partner model designed to support significant growth.

This is an established, globally recognized professional services organization with ambitious plans for the Canadian business. People are central to that growth, and you’ll play a pivotal role in developing talent, strengthening succession pipelines and helping employees build meaningful, long-term careers.

You will bring first-class experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, highly matrixed, Canada-wide organization. You’ll be particularly strong in talent management, succession planning and workforce planning, with a forward-thinking approach to technology, automation and the ethical application of AI within HR.

You’ll be collaborative, hands-on and commercially minded, operating as a true strategic partner to business leaders who genuinely value the People & Culture function.

As this is a project-based business, strong workforce planning capability will be essential.

The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the office. They have multiple locations spanning Ontario which you can work from, but presence in the Downtown Toronto Office is a must.

And if you’re ambitious? Even better. You’ll be joining a secure, growing organization and working with an exceptional leader who has a strong commitment to developing their team and creating opportunities for people to progress.
