Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments?

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the people function, partner with senior leaders, and help drive organizational growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy.
Lead employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, payroll, benefits, and HR best practices.
Lead and develop the HR team (3) while driving continuous improvement across HR programs and processes.

What You'll Bring

7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within construction, manufacturing, transportation, or other operational environments.
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and employee relations.
Experience managing workplace investigations and complex people matters.
Proven ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships with leaders.
CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
