Your New Role
As the IT Director, Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the organisation's technology transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology investments.
You will oversee the implementation and optimisation of enterprise technologies, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and emerging AI-driven solutions. Working closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders, you will define and execute the digital roadmap, manage technology projects, drive organisational change, and support teams throughout transformational initiatives.
This role requires a strategic leader who can balance long-term innovation with operational execution while fostering collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
What You Need to Do
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and technology modernisation projects.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee ERP, CRM, HRIS, and AI platform implementations, upgrades, and optimisation efforts.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvement.
- Establish project governance frameworks and monitor key performance indicators to measure business impact.
- Drive organisational change management activities and support adoption across business units.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technology teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support strategic growth objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and project delivery timelines.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience leading digital transformation, enterprise technology initiatives, or large-scale IT projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms within complex business environments.
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI technologies and digital innovation solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Exceptional change management capabilities with experience supporting organisational adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor, interpret, and present performance metrics and KPIs.
- PMP, ITIL, or related certifications are considered strong assets.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives to business priorities.
