Your New Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a government P3 facility. You will be responsible for overall building performance including building systems, maintenance, grounds and building fabric. Your responsibilities will include coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance programs, managing vendor performance, overseeing grounds and exterior asset upkeep, and supporting minor capital and lifecycle projects alongside the Project Management team. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and creating a safe, functional environment for building occupants and your client.
Preference will be given to those who have exposure to a P3 environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 10+ years experience managing a large facility
- Experience overseeing a government portfolio / property is an asset
- Experience being responsible for operational & capital budgets.
- Technical background in a trade or building operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), HVAC, refrigeration, BAS (building automation systems).
