Your New Role

As a Presales Solutions Architect specialising in Microsoft technologies, you will act as the technical bridge between customers, sales teams, and delivery professionals. You will engage with clients throughout the sales cycle to understand their business challenges, assess their technology environments, and develop solutions aligned with their technical, operational, and commercial requirements.

What You Need to Do

Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective and existing customers
Assess business requirements, existing environments, technical constraints, and transformation objectives
Design Microsoft-based cloud, infrastructure, security, and modern workplace solutions
Develop solution architectures, technical scopes, proposals, bills of materials, and statements of work
Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities
Support sales teams throughout the qualification, solution development, proposal, and closing stages
Respond to technical requirements within requests for proposals and other competitive bid processes
Provide accurate technical input for project estimates, delivery assumptions, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Proven experience in a Presales Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, Cloud Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology ecosystem, with experience across areas such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, security, infrastructure, networking, data, or cloud migration
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Experience developing solution designs, technical proposals, statements of work, effort estimates, and customer presentations
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, hybrid environments, identity, governance, security, resiliency, and migration principles
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong presentation, facilitation, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills

Expérience démontrée comme Architecte de solutions avant-vente, Conseiller en solutions, Architecte infonuagique ou dans une fonction technique similaire auprès de clients
Solide connaissance de l’écosystème Microsoft et expérience dans des domaines tels que Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, la sécurité, l’infrastructure, le réseautage, les données ou la migration vers l’infonuagique
Capacité démontrée à recueillir les exigences et à transformer les besoins d’affaires en solutions techniques évolutives
Expérience dans la préparation de conceptions de solutions, de propositions techniques, d’énoncés de travaux, d’estimations et de présentations clients
Bonne compréhension de l’architecture infonuagique, des environnements hybrides, de l’identité, de la gouvernance, de la sécurité, de la résilience et des principes de migration
