A growing Edmonton-based General Contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to its team. With a strong pipeline of commercial tenant improvement, landlord improvements, and light industrial projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to join a busy and entrepreneurial environment.

The company continues to secure new projects and is seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple projects while working closely with leadership and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
• Manage contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and on schedule
• Work collaboratively with Superintendents to drive project success

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Background in tenant improvement, commercial interiors, landlord improvements, or light industrial projects is considered an asset
• Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, and contract administration
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on experience
• $100,000 to $130,000
