Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Rate: CAD$25/hr to CAD$28/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a large-scale enterprise-wide brand initiative. Working closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate project activities, maintain timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Maintain project timelines, schedules, and workback plans.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, take meeting notes, and distribute recaps.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and governance materials.
- Escalate issues and risks when necessary to keep projects on track.
- Support reporting activities and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, marketing operations, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
- CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification.
- Experience supporting branding, marketing, transformation, or change management initiatives.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid work model with one onsite day per week (Thursday).
- Standard working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Occasional flexibility may be required to support global stakeholder
