Your new role

Reporting to executive leadership, you'll own the day-to-day operations and tenant experience of the property. You'll lead a small on-site team and coordinate maintenance, security, janitorial and external contractors. This is an on-site, hands-on role.

Support leasing through unit showings, negotiations and lease execution
Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs

5+ years of residential and commercial property management experience (multifamily, mixed-use, luxury or new construction is an asset)
Strong knowledge of lease administration, rent escalations and legal compliance
Good knowledge of Quebec property regulations and the TAL
Working knowledge of HVAC, fire life safety and building infrastructure
Experience managing vendors, contractors and operating budgets
Proficiency in Yardi
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
A proactive, service-first mindset and a bias for action

Competitive salary
4 weeks Vacation + PTO
RRSP match
Group insurance
Wellness spending account
Free parking
