This includes validating biometric identity verification (liveness checks, facial matching), optical character recognition (OCR) for document scanning (driver's licenses, passports), third-party fraud/AML screening integrations, and seamless user registration states.

•Validate Financial Workflows: Design and execute complex end-to-end testing for critical downstream banking features including account opening, internal/external fund transfers, mobile check deposits (RDC), and real-time ledger updates.

•Collaborate Early & Often: Partner with Product Owners and Developers during sprint planning and backlog refinement to define clear acceptance criteria (BDD/TDD) and identify potential edge cases.

•Build & Scale Automation: Design, write, and maintain robust automated test suites across the application stack (UI, API, and database layers).

•Perform Smart Manual Testing: Conduct strategic exploratory and UX testing for complex user journeys and scenarios that automated scripts cannot cover.

•Integrate with CI/CD: Maintain and optimize automated test runs within our continuous integration and delivery pipeline to ensure immediate feedback loops.

•Track & Troubleshoot: Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly. Work side-by-side with developers to debug issues and verify fixes.
