About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Quality Engineer (QE) to join an Agile delivery team focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of modern digital applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end functionality across mobile applications, APIs, data flows, and databases while leveraging automation and AI-driven testing approaches to accelerate delivery and improve test coverage.
You will work closely with developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and client teams within Agile squads to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test strategies across mobile, API, and backend systems.
- Perform end-to-end testing of mobile applications, APIs, data flows, and database integrations.
- Build and maintain mobile automation frameworks using tools such as Appium, Maestro, and browser-based automation tools.
- Develop and execute API automation tests to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity.
- Perform database validation and data quality testing using complex SQL queries.
- Analyze data flows across systems to ensure accurate processing and reporting.
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools and techniques to enhance test creation, execution, and defect detection.
- Collaborate closely with developers and business teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Quality Engineer / SDET / Test Automation Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Automation Testing using Appium, Maestro, and browser automation tools.
- Experience designing and executing API Automation Testing.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to create and execute complex queries for data validation.
- Experience validating end-to-end data flows across integrated systems.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for test creation, execution, and quality engineering activities.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working within cross-functional Agile squads and collaborating directly with client-facing teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
- Experience with performance or load testing tools.
- Exposure to modern observability and quality engineering practices.
