Duties include conducting site inspections and audits, leading incident investigations, supporting field teams with hazard assessments and safe work planning, delivering safety training and orientations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with legislative and project-specific requirements. You will work closely with supervisors, workers, and project teams to drive a culture of safety excellence.

Strong knowledge of Ontario OHSA and applicable regulations.
Valid Working at Heights, WHMIS, and Health & Safety Awareness certifications.
Experience conducting inspections, investigations, audits, and safety reporting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence field personnel.

Experience working on unionized construction, power generation, utility, nuclear, or ICI projects is preferred.
