Senior Account Manager, Energy & Natural Resources

Your New Role
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, developing a deep understanding of client hiring needs, workforce planning initiatives, and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities within target client organizations, coordinating recruitment activity, ensuring high-quality customer experience, and driving revenue growth through contract staffing solutions in the energy sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing long-term client partnerships while supporting organizations across the energy and natural resources sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Manage active client accounts and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Partner with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
- Lead intake meetings, workforce planning discussions, and hiring strategy conversations.
- Monitor service delivery, hiring timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity within CRM systems.
- Own and manage local client partnerships, collaborating with senior sales leadership on key and national accounts as required
- Maintain strong market, industry, and competitive knowledge to provide insight-led guidance and informed workforce solutions
- Partner closely with recruitment teams to support active and future mandates, sharing client insights, workforce requirements, and market intelligence
Requirements:
- 3 + years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or business development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to cold call and proactively prospect to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Confident, self-motivated, and a proactive self-starter
COMPENSATION
Annual Base Pay: $65,000
