They are seeking a Senior Product Development Technologist to join their collaborative team and contribute to the evolution of their residential product offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawing packages from concept through permit and construction.
- Develop and maintain accurate, construction-ready documentation and technical details.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, and design options that align with product goals and market needs.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning bylaws, and municipal requirements.
- Review site constraints and identify potential permitting or constructability issues.
- Maintain and update master plans, standard details, specifications, and product documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, municipalities, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Perform quality reviews to ensure drawing accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Mentor and support junior drafters and technologists through technical guidance and drawing reviews.
- Support the enhancement of drafting standards, processes, and quality-control procedures.
- Resolve technical, field, and permitting issues while implementing continuous improvements.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities to meet development and production schedules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in residential design/ drafting, with a strong background in both single-family and multi-family developments
- Proven success developing residential projects from initial planning through permitting and construction.
- Solid understanding of the residential construction processes, building materials, permit processes, etc.
- Proficiency with Archicadd or similar BIM-based design and documentation software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead drawing production, review technical documentation, and mentor junior team members.
- Architectural Technology Diploma or equivalent.
