  • Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, architects and multidisciplinary consulting teams.
  • Assist with fee proposals, budgeting, project planning and business development activities.
  • Support the continued growth of the structural team and service offering.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus.
  • P.Eng. designation in good standing.
  • 8+ years of structural consulting experience.
  • Experience leading structural engineering projects and client relationships.
  • Strong background in both existing-building assessments and structural design.
  • Experience with rehabilitation, restoration, retrofits and building upgrades.
  • Construction administration and field review experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and project management capability.

What You'll Get In Return

  • Health Spending Account and Wellness Account.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Exposure to impactful structural projects across multiple sectors.
  • Strong mentorship and leadership opportunities.
  • Clear pathway toward senior management and future ownership participation.
