Our client is seeking a Senior System Administrator, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to provide business process and technical support in the configuration and management of the organization's ERP portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure systems function as expected and meet end-user needs while acting as a valued business partner to Care, Finance and Accounting teams and various ERP application business owners. The role serves as the primary technical and business support resource for the Maintenance IQ platform, including system administration, configuration, deployment of enhancements, user support, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of maintenance management processes.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Director Information Systems, ERP, you will be responsible for providing technical support, administration, and ongoing optimization of ERP applications and related business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• ERP Support & Administration: Provide technical help, support, and management of the incident and request workflow for all ERP systems, ensuring best practices are being followed.
• Incident & Issue Resolution: Review, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate system errors and issues to system vendors when necessary.
• Reporting & Analytics Support: Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
• Yardi Platform Support: Support the organization's Yardi Elevate roadmap by contributing to the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Voyager 8 modules and associated platform capabilities.
• Documentation & Compliance: Follow strict adherence to documentation standards for all incidents and ensure compliance with IT general controls and reporting requirements.
• IT Service Management: Follow IT Service Management and Asset Management best practices, operating procedures, and quality standards.
• Knowledge Management: Develop SOPs and documentation and ensure existing documentation remains current and organized.
• On-Call Support: Participate in rotational standby/on-call duties as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and leveraging system capabilities to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide guidance and assistance to ERP System Administrators.
• Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks as required and stay abreast of emerging technologies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Education

• College or University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Administration, or equivalent.
• ITIL certification or applied knowledge is considered an asset.

Experience & Technical Requirements

• 5+ years progressive Information Systems experience working with ERP implementations and support.
• Proven knowledge in SQL scripting.
• Proven knowledge of and experience with ERP software and database structure.
• Experience supporting, administering, or implementing Maintenance IQ or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is considered an asset.
• Experience managing application maintenance, including coordinating patching cycles, maintenance downtime, performance monitoring, and ERP administration activities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to support applications and implementation/enhancement projects.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business process improvement opportunities and leverage system functionality, integrations, and automation tools.
• Experience managing Service Requests (SRs) related to ERP applications.
• Experience providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• 5+ years of experience in seniors housing, healthcare, real estate, and/or a multi-site enterprise environment is considered an asset.
• Experience with Yardi ERP software is considered an asset.
• Full-cycle accounting experience is considered an asset.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management processes is considered an asset.
