• Base Salary: 75K- 82K, bonus , Benefits
• Full Time Permanent
• 5 days a week on Site
• Day Shift Monday – Friday 9am -5pm ( with some flexibility required)
• Bilingual English French (MUST )

Our client is a global well-established logistics & supply chain distribution organisation and have a job open for Transportation Supervisor / Logistics Supervisor / Driver manager for Quebec & Maritimes to optimize – Routing, Lane, Loads, pick pack and manage unionized driver employees in a very fast paced cross doc facility. Strong knowledge and route planning experience for the Quebec Maritime region is a MUST - no exceptions ; knowledge of managing union employee drivers’/ fleet maintenance/ dispatching / routing / transportation costs / load consolidation is all a MUST have .The role is based in Lachine, QC will require 5 days on site. This is a day shift but will require ability to be on call, during off duty hours. Bilingual English French is a MUST

• Quebec - Maritimes Routing experience MUST
• City Routes Quebec & Maritimes – Trucks, cubical vans
• Knowledge of Postal codes in Quebec and Maritime is a MUST
• Lead unionised Drivers, Dispatchers
• Manage asset health -Fleet maintenance.
• Optimize Atlantic Canada transportation routing, driver utilization, reduce empty miles, shift KPIs, Driver Health & Safety, Driver hours management.

Transportation Supervisor/ Logistics Supervisor / Driver manager for Quebec & Maritimes will manage daily productivity, scheduling of drivers, dispatch to ensure timely outbound dispatch to ensue all trucks / cubical bans are loaded. Loads optimized, routes optimized to manage shift transportation budgets productivity to reduce empty miles. You will be responsible for H&S of drivers, and any TDG involved and attend to customer issues for late deliveries. You will oversee truck and fleet maintenance, ensure asset health and work with maintenance for all preventive measures.
