An established residential home builder is seeking a customer-focused Warranty Superintendent to join its Edmonton team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential construction, renovation, carpentry, service, or warranty experience who enjoys working directly with homeowners and taking ownership of service-related repairs and customer satisfaction..
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to homeowner warranty and service requests.
- Conduct site visits and home inspections to assess deficiencies and warranty items.
- Coordinate and schedule trades, contractors, and suppliers to complete repairs.
- Perform minor hands-on repairs when required.
- Track warranty claims and maintain detailed service records.
- Ensure all work is completed to quality standards and within warranty timelines.
- Build positive relationships with homeowners through exceptional customer service.
- Identify recurring construction issues and communicate findings to the construction team.
- Assist with home possession inspections and homeowner orientations as needed.
