Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits.

What you can expect:

• Utilize effective communication skills in training and developing staff
• Deliver exceptional service to customers
• Drive business with the merchant group and general problem solving
• Achieve positive results in top line sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control
• Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focusing on relationship selling, building a client base, and exceptional service
• Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed
• Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities
• Manage personnel activities including hiring, training, appraising, rewarding, motivating, and disciplining staff
• Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed
• Continually evaluate and address performance issues and actively recruit candidates
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills to motivate, develop, and inspire a team while creating a highly empowered organization
• Ensure all relevant Health & Safety conditions are fulfilled and empower store staff to achieve the highest standards in this area
• Maintain knowledge of all Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Ensure all documentation related to Health & Safety is well recorded and maintained

Your profile:

• BS college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Five years of specialty retail management experience
• Strong customer service and sales experience
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer and POS register systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates, guests, and management
• Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy
