  • Coordinate and supervise trade partners according to construction schedules.
  • Ensure all trades clearly understand and respect their scope of work.
  • Monitor project quality and enforce high construction standards throughout all phases.
  • Anticipate challenges and solve problems before they impact progress.
  • Maintain organized and accurate site documentation.

After-Sales Service

  • Deliver professional and responsive after-sales support.
  • Handle post-construction service calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure deficiencies and warranty-related items are resolved promptly.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of residential construction experience with strong knowledge of the home-building process.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and consultant drawings.
  • Strong understanding of Quebec building codes and residential construction requirements.
  • Adaptable, motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and required security cards.

Performance Expectations

  • Manage a minimum of 7-10 residential construction sites simultaneously.
  • Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and site organization.
  • Deliver measurable performance through efficiency, leadership, and execution.
  • Contribute positively to company culture and team collaboration.

Work Environment

  • Site-based role with limited scheduling flexibility based on project needs.
  • Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday.
