Role:

Accessibility SMEs to help drive accessibility compliance across products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Review VPAT compliance reports and identify critical accessibility compliance issues
  • Drive engineering teams to fix the identified accessibility issues
  • Prepare reports for senior management on progress

Required Skills:

  • Experience with WCAG 2.1 & 2.2 guidelines and strong accessibility testing experience.
  • Experience and working with accessibility testing tools (axe DevTools, Chrome Lighthouse
  • Experience with native screen readers.
  • Experience with JAWS, Voice Over (web and mobile), Talk Back, NVDA, Chrome Vox.
  • Experience with both web and mobile (Android and iOS) testing.
  • Experience with Adb commands and build setups.
  • Experienced QA testing skills- filing quality bugs, following through resolution.
  • Experience with accessibility testing based on VPAT compliance covering Section 508, EN 301 549, and WCAG.
  • Very good communication skills and experience with team collaborations and coordination for accessibility testing and remediation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires strong accessibility testing experience and knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, VPAT compliance, Section 508, and EN 301 549. Candidates should have experience testing web and Android/iOS applications with accessibility tools and native screen readers, along with QA bug management, ADB/build setups, communication, and team coordination skills.
