🏢 Work Model: Onsite - 5 Days/Week (Mandatory)

HCLTech is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven QA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with developers, QA leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

✔ 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

✔ Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.

✔ Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) and web-based applications.

✔ Expertise in end-to-end testing, regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and feature validation.

✔ Experience with defect tracking, bug triaging, and test result analysis.

✔ Experience working in distributed teams with offshore/onshore collaboration models.

✔ Proficiency with test and defect management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Quality Center (ALM), Bugzilla, or similar platforms.

✔ Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications, including end-to-end, regression, smoke, sanity, and feature validation testing. Track and analyze defects and test results, and collaborate with developers, QA leads, and cross-functional teams to support delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements

Requires eight years of software testing and quality assurance experience, with hands-on testing of web applications and iOS and/or Android mobile applications.
