Job title :-Meeting Room Technician (Tier 2)**

Location :-Calgary, Alberta

## Job Summary

Meeting room support technician for on-site downtown Calgary, we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who is coachable and eager to learn. We'll train you on the rest.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Check meeting room equipment for proactive room checks.
  • Troubleshoot issues and work with Tier 3 support when required.
  • Set up meeting rooms by helping users get connected.
  • Perform break-fix of faulty equipment.
  • Keep inventory and management of assets accurate.

## Skill Requirements

  • A strong interest in technology and a willingness to be coached.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and networking.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly, clear communication with a focus on the customer.
  • Able to pivot when priorities change..

Nice to have:

  • Crestron
  • Biamp
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms.

## Other Requirements

  • Some experience in technical support, AV or IT, through work, school or personal projects.
  • Full time, on site, Monday to Friday.
