Build and maintain intuitive Service Portals with user‑friendly interfaces for clinicians and administrative stakeholders.
Create and enhance Service Catalog items, leveraging Flow Designer to implement complex approval and fulfillment workflows.
Develop and maintain process automations using Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom data tables.

PLATFORM; INTEGRATION

Support seamless integrations between ServiceNow SPM and ITSM, HR, ERP, and financial systems.
Collaborate with business process consultants and functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Participate actively in release management, solution testing, platform upgrades, and governance activities.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, design standards, and performance optimization protocols.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

7–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on SPM/PPM modules.
Proven expertise in Service Portal development, Widget creation, Scoped Applications, and Flow Designer.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow data modeling, and platform administration.
Strong knowledge of project, portfolio, financial, and resource management principles, especially within healthcare or regulated environments.
Experience working in Agile or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) delivery models.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in consulting or managed service settings, collaborating with cross-functional and client teams.
