Original job description

Key Responsibilities

Onsite & Offshore Coordination
Act as the primary coordination point between onsite and offshore engineering/operations teams.
Ensure effective handoffs across shifts and locations.
Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams.
Drive clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
Sprint Planning & Execution
Coordinate sprint planning activities based on customer priorities and business requirements.
Translate customer requirements and priorities into actionable tasks for the engineering/operations teams.
Track sprint progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates.
Ensure commitments are clearly communicated and tracked through completion.
Customer Communication
Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand priorities, requirements, and upcoming deliverables.
Capture and communicate customer updates, changes, and expectations to the onsite/offshore teams.
Provide concise and timely status updates to customer leadership.
Proactively identify and escalate risks that may impact customer commitments.
Shiproom Management
Own and facilitate regular Shiproom meetings.
Prepare the agenda, review key metrics, open issues, release readiness, and risks.
Drive action-item tracking and ensure owners and timelines are clearly established.
Follow up on open actions and provide closure/status updates.
Incident Triage & Management
Coordinate incident triage across engineering, operations, and support teams.
Drive prioritization and assignment of incidents to the appropriate DRIs.
Monitor incident progress and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
Coordinate escalations for critical/severity incidents.
Ensure post-incident actions, RCA, and follow-ups are tracked to completion.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, service delivery, or engineering coordination.
Strong experience working with distributed onsite and offshore teams.
Experience with sprint planning, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and execution tracking.
Experience leading customer-facing meetings and executive/leadership communications.
Strong incident management and triage experience.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and drive issues to closure.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production/support environment.
Experience working with Microsoft/Azure engineering or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
