In the role of Scheduler II, we'll count on you to:
- Work closely with Project Manaement to develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Develops and maintains CPM schedules of moderate complexity and applies standard scheduling methods to support planning, monitoring, and recovery efforts.
- Establish work breakdown structure (WBS), baseline, status, and monitor project schedules using established performance measurements
- Exercises judgment within defined assignment scope.
- Develop and maintain baseline and updated CPM schedules, including logic ties, milestones, and coding structures
- Perform schedule health checks and correct routine issues related to logic, constraints, and data quality
- Analyze schedule progress, float, and near-critical paths and prepare clear schedule narratives
- Develop recovery sequences and alternative phasing options for review with project leadership
- Support schedule coordination meetings and integrate inputs from project stakeholders
- Maintain schedule reporting cadence and support change tracking and schedule impact documentation
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to interpret construction schedules
- Familiarity with other scheduling software
- Certifications (one or more): CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, EIT
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
- Basic understanding of scheduling software for storing data and presenting schedules in various levels and forms of detail - Primavera, MS Project, and/or other scheduling products.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
