Whether you're optimizing energy efficiency, integrating resilient systems, or engineering the backbone of next-generation facilities, your contributions will help define the future of the built environment. This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.

- Provide technical leadership in structural analysis, design, and construction-phase services, including the application of relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Implement project QA/QC requirements within the section, coordinate qualified technical reviewers, and ensure review comments are resolved before deliverables are issued.
- Coordinate with the BES Professional Services Leader, project managers, and other Section Managers to forecast workload, align staffing and technical expertise with project needs, and facilitate worksharing across HDR offices.
- Promote integrated, multidisciplinary design through close collaboration with Architecture and other engineering disciplines, market sectors, and business groups.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team and our clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Forward-thinking technical aptitude, including the ability to rigorously audit, validate, and verify AI-generated outputs (e.g., technical correspondence and code interpretations) against core engineering fundamentals and regulations.
